Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. Toast the Garlic Bread: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread. Place the buttered side down on the hot pan and toast for about 2 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  3. Add the Chicken: Layer shredded or sliced cooked chicken on top of one slice of garlic bread (buttered side down). Season the chicken with a pinch of salt, pepper, and any additional spices you like.
