- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions
- Start by cutting your beef chuck roast into 1-inch cubes. Halve the baby potatoes and mince the garlic.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the beef cubes with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Add the seasoned beef to the slow cooker. Scatter the halved potatoes on top, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Pour the melted garlic butter over the beef and potatoes, ensuring everything is coated.
