- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) milk
- Optional: crushed peanuts, chocolate drizzle, or flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang for easy removal later.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/2 cup (115g) of unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
- Sift 2 cups (240g) of powdered sugar into the melted mixture to avoid lumps. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Gradually add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of milk to the mixture while stirring. This helps achieve the perfect fudge consistency.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top using a rubber spatula.
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts, drizzle melted chocolate, or add a pinch of flaky sea salt for extra flavor and texture.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, use the overhanging parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares and enjoy!
