Description
A vibrant, ruby-red mocktail with a fizzy twist, perfect for holiday gatherings and suitable for all ages.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (about 100g)
- 1/3 cup water (80ml)
- 1 cup orange juice (240ml)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cups chilled sparkling water (500ml)
- Rosemary sprigs for garnish
- Fresh cranberries for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of fresh cranberries and 1/3 cup of water to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Strain the cranberry puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing with a spoon to extract juice. Discard pulp and seeds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, 1 cup of orange juice, and 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup. Stir until the syrup dissolves completely. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Slowly pour 2 cups of chilled sparkling water into the pitcher. Stir gently to preserve bubbles.
- Add ice cubes to tall glasses. Pour the mocktail over the ice, leaving room at the top.
- Garnish each glass with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
