- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) simple syrup
- Soda water
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Muddle the Mint: In a tall glass or shaker, gently muddle 8-10 fresh mint leaves to release their oils. Be careful not to overdo it—bruising the mint too much can make it taste bitter.
- Add Lime Juice and Simple Syrup: Pour in 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of fresh lime juice and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of simple syrup. Adjust sweetness based on your preference.
- Add Passionfruit: Scoop out the pulp from 2 fresh passionfruits and add it to the glass. Stir gently to combine.
- Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes to the top.
- Add Soda Water: Pour soda water over the ice until the glass is full. Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz.
- Garnish: Top with a slice of lime, a sprig of mint, and a spoonful of passionfruit pulp for a tropical flair.
