Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Toast the brioche buns lightly in the oven or on a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes, until golden and slightly crispy.
- Prepare the Caesar dressing if making from scratch—whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and anchovy paste until smooth.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin pieces or shred it, depending on your preference.
- Layer the bottom half of each brioche bun with a generous amount of Caesar dressing.
- Top with a handful of fresh romaine lettuce for crunch.
- Add the sliced or shredded chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Optional: Add sliced tomatoes, crispy bacon, or avocado for an extra burst of flavor.
- Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing on the top half of the brioche bun and place it over the sandwich. Serve immediately and enjoy!
