- 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- Vanilla extract

Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips using a microwave (30-second intervals) or a double boiler. Stir until smooth and glossy.
- In a large bowl, whisk heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in the melted chocolate carefully.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into your baking dish or pie pan to form an even layer.
- Spread the chocolate cream filling over the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula for a clean finish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
