Description
This creamy, dreamy gingerbread cheesecake dip captures the spirit of the holidays and is perfect for spreading on graham crackers or fruit. It’s an easy and impressive dessert that will wow your guests!
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels for serving
Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed until it’s smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the powdered sugar and brown sugar to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Next, mix in the vanilla extract, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Blend until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
- Taste the dip and adjust the spices if needed. If you like it a bit sweeter, add more powdered sugar to your liking.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- When ready to serve, arrange your graham crackers, apple slices, or pretzels around the dip.
Notes
