Ingredients
Scale
- 20 large Medjool dates, pitted
- 10 slices thick-cut bacon, cut in half
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Toothpicks or small skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese with half of the brown sugar. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Take each date and carefully make a small opening by pressing them gently to create space. Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of the goat cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed date with half a slice of bacon, ensuring the ends are tucked underneath. Secure with a toothpick or skewer.
- Place the wrapped dates on the baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining brown sugar on top of each one. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
